Minera IRL Ltd Announces Definitive Feasibility Study, Ollachea Project, Peru

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Nov. 29, 2012) – Minera IRL Limited (“Minera IRL” or the “Company”) (TSX:IRL)(AIM:MIRL)(BVL:MIRL), the Latin American gold mining company, is pleased to announce the results of a Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”) on its Ollachea Project (the “Project”), Peru. The Project is 100% owned by Minera IRL SA subsidiary Minera Kuri Kullu SA (“MKK”). The DFS was carried out by international engineering firm AMEC in conjunction with Coffey Mining, who contributed the resource estimation and underground mining aspects of the study.
